Business Session, Day Activity, and Evening Reception Transportation
Transportation will be provided from the properties noted below to Stowe Mountain Resort for the business sessions, day activities, and evening receptions.
Tuesday, March 15
Transportation to Business Session & Registration
A shuttle will originate at Green Mountain Inn at 3:15pm and will arrive at Stowe Mountain Lodge (front lobby) at 3:50pm. Stops will be made at Stoweflake, Topnotch, and Inn at the Mountain.
Transportation to Evening Reception
A shuttle will originate at Green Mountain Inn at 4:30pm and will arrive at Stowe Mountain Lodge (front lobby) at 5:15pm. Stops will be made at Stoweflake, Topnotch, and Inn at the Mountain.
Transportation from Evening Reception
A shuttle will originate at Stowe Mountain Lodge (front lobby) at 7:30pm and will make stops at Inn at the Mountain, Topnotch, Stoweflake, and Green Mountain Inn, as well as The Matterhorn.
Late-night Transportation to Hotels
A looping shuttle will run from 9:00pm to 1:00am from The Matterhorn to Stowe Mountain Lodge, Inn at the Mountain, Topnotch, Stoweflake, and Green Mountain Inn.
Wednesday, March 16
Transportation to Morning Business Session & Day Activities
A shuttle will originate at Green Mountain Inn at 7:15am and will arrive at Stowe Mountain Lodge (front lobby) at 7:50am. Stops will be made at Stoweflake, Topnotch, and Inn at the Mountain.
Afternoon Transportation to Hotels
A looping shuttle will run from 1:15pm to 5:15pm from Spruce Camp at Stowe Mountain Resort to Inn at the Mountain, Topnotch, Stoweflake, and Green Mountain Inn.
Transportation to Evening Reception
A shuttle will originate at Green Mountain Inn at 5:30pm and will arrive at Spruce Camp at Stowe Mountain Resort at 6:05pm. Stops will be made at Stoweflake, Topnotch, and Inn at the Mountain.
Transportation from Evening Reception
A shuttle will originate at Spruce Camp at Stowe Mountain Resort at 9:15pm and will make stops at Inn at the Mountain, Topnotch, Stoweflake, and Green Mountain Inn, as well as The Matterhorn.
Late-night Transportation to Hotels
A looping shuttle will run from 10:00pm to 1:00am from The Matterhorn to Stowe Mountain Lodge, Inn at the Mountain, Topnotch, Stoweflake, and Green Mountain Inn.
Thursday, March 17
Transportation to Morning Business Session & Day Activities
A shuttle will originate at Green Mountain Inn at 7:15am and will arrive at Stowe Mountain Lodge (front lobby) at 7:50am. Stops will be made at Stoweflake, Topnotch, and Inn at the Mountain.
Afternoon Transportation to Hotels
A looping shuttle will run from 1:15pm to 5:15pm from Spruce Camp at Stowe Mountain Resort to Inn at the Mountain, Topnotch, Stoweflake, and Green Mountain Inn.
Transportation to Evening Reception
A shuttle will originate at Green Mountain Inn at 5:45pm and will arrive at Spruce Camp at Stowe Mountain Resort at 6:20pm. Stops will be made at Stoweflake, Topnotch, and Inn at the Mountain.
Transportation from Evening Reception
A shuttle will originate at Spruce Camp at Stowe Mountain Resort at 11:15pm and will make stops at Inn at the Mountain, Topnotch, Stoweflake, and Green Mountain Inn, as well as The Matterhorn.
Late-night Transportation to Hotels
A looping shuttle will run from 11:30pm to 3:00am from The Matterhorn to Stowe Mountain Lodge, Inn at the Mountain, Topnotch, Stoweflake, and Green Mountain Inn.
Transportation to Group Activities
Transportation for the Cross Country Skiing and Snowshoe Tour activities will depart from Spruce Camp at Stowe Mountain Resort. Participants should gather at the Winter Summit Event Registration desk at Spruce Camp.
Wednesday, March 15
Transportation to Cross Country Skiing Group Activity
Departure time: 10:00 am
Return transportation to Spruce Camp will be at approximately 1:30 pm
Thursday, March 16
Transportation to Snowshoeing Group Activity
Departure time: 10:00 am
Return transportation to Spruce Camp will be at approximately 1:30 pm
